Get Ready for Sunday: Live Sent Week!

This Week at Northbrook: Sep 19, 2025

The gospel was never meant to stop with us. It was always meant to move through us. So here’s the question: are you living like a receiver of good news, or a messenger of it?

This Sunday, we’ll welcome Brett Porter, Send City Missionary to Toronto, to kick-off Live Sent Week, as he challenges us to see our lives through the lens of the gospel. Live Sent is more than a conference or a series of events, but an invitation to remember that missions isn’t something we do occasionally, it’s who we are every day. Through our Acts 1:8 partnerships, our Serve Week opportunities, and our Global Missions Offering, we get to embody what Paul once said: we share not only the gospel of God, but our very lives as well.

So here’s something to carry with you this week: what would it look like for you to give yourself—not just your resources, but your whole life—for the sake of the gospel?

Let’s gather ready to be inspired and challenged to live sent every day.

Partnering with you in his mission!
