Get Ready for Sunday: Forward Commitment Day! When It’s Time to Move

We’re excited about Forward Commitment Day, and as you prepare for Sunday, we want to make next steps clear. You can watch this short video for instructions on completing your Commitment Card.

This is a meaningful moment for our church family to respond to what God has been stirring among us. Forward isn’t just a decision on paper. It’s about aligning our hearts with where God is leading and trusting Him enough to move. And moments like this surface an honest question: when God makes His direction clear, will we step forward or stay where it feels safe?

This Sunday, we’ll be in Joshua 1:1-9, where God calls His people out of waiting and into obedience. Standing on the edge of the Promised Land, Israel had to decide whether they would trust God with the next step. This passage reminds us that obedience doesn’t require full clarity, only faithful movement anchored in God’s promises and presence.

As you prepare, consider this: what step of obedience might God be inviting you to take, even if it feels costly?

As we move toward Commitment Sunday, we’re continuing to lean in together through prayer, faith, and obedience. That day, we’re trusting God for two things:

  1. $300,000 in kickstart giving and

  2. $3 million in three-year commitments

All for the sake of advancing our mission of equipping Kingdom Investors.
