Hey Northbrook Family!

What if the reason your worship feels dry or your faith feels stuck isn’t about your effort, but your memory? Spiritual drift rarely feels dramatic, it just starts with forgetting.

This Sunday in Psalm 105, we’re being called back to something that should never grow old: remembering. Remembering God’s faithfulness in the past is what fuels joy, obedience, and endurance in the present. Forgetfulness makes us self-reliant and spiritually numb. But when we remember who God is, what he’s done, and what he’s promised, everything begins to realign. This isn’t just a call to nostalgia. It’s an invitation to wake up and shake off the cobwebs.

So let me ask: what story of God’s faithfulness have you stopped telling, and what’s it costing you?

Let’s show up this Sunday with open hearts and ready minds, not just to feel something, but to remember what matters most.

True North is the place to learn about the life, mission, and ministry of Northbrook. The first two weeks include sessions about Northbrook, followed by True North Connect the third week—an opportunity to visit a Life Group and experience community firsthand.

Family Fun at City Mini Golf

Wednesday, July 30, from 6-8pm [ ‹ note the time change ]

It's hole-in-one kinda fun! Join us for a fantastic Family Night at City Park Mini Golf on Wednesday, July 30, from 6-8 pm! We invite families of kids and students of all ages for an evening of fun, fellowship, sno cones, and mini-golf. The event is free (dinner not provided).

It will simply be sub-par if you're not there, so make sure you don't miss out...and bring a friend!

True North KIDS!

August 10, 17, 24 & 31  |  9:00 am

True North KIDS gives children the opportunity to walk through the gospel in a kid-friendly, hands-on environment. It will also help them understand the importance of baptism, Lord's Supper, church membership and more!
