This Week at Northbrook: Nov. 14, 2025
Every day you are moving down a path—toward blessing or toward breakdown. The question is, which direction is your life actually headed?
This week in Forged, we’ll walk through Deuteronomy 28, where Moses lays out two very different paths for God’s people. One path is marked by obedience that opens the door to God’s favor. The other is shaped by disobedience that slowly unravels the life God intends. Israel’s story reminds us that God is honored not by our words but by our willingness to align our lives with Him. And the good news is that Jesus stepped under the curse of our disobedience so we could step into the blessing of His obedience. Now we get to respond with wholehearted trust that flows into real-life choices.
So here’s something to sit with this week: what area of your life have you partially surrendered, hoping God will bless you anyway?
Let’s gather ready to lean into His grace, trust His wisdom, and walk in the path that leads to life.
