Serve Day – Life Group Project Selection
Our goal is for each Life Group to serve together! While not every group may be able to, we encourage as many as possible to join in.
If your group can serve together, click the blue button below to rank your project preferences (1-4) by tomorrow (if you haven’t already). We’ll do our best to honor first choices but can’t guarantee them. This form simply confirms your group’s participation—each member (including you) must still register individually using the Serve Day event link.
Here are the Project Options:
Basic Maintenance – Painting, cleaning, landscaping, and yard work
Prayer Walking – Walking parks and neighborhoods while distributing Easter door hangers
Community Outreach – Hosting fun activities (hotdogs, face painting, etc.) to engage people with the gospel
Ministry Care – Visiting and serving at assisted living facilities or the Margret Jean Jones Center

Reminder: Everyone—including leaders—must register individually for Serve Day by Sunday, March 23. Participants can serve with their Life Group or sign up individually (or as a family).
Side Note: Deacons will lead an additional workday on Saturday, April 5, for widows and members with special circumstances. These projects aren’t part of Serve Day since they require more time and effort, but we’re still committed to serving them.

New Life Group Connection Step in True North / March 16
Heads up! As part of our True North membership process, Jordan will be placing attendees into a Life Group to “try out” on their third week—March 16 this round. So, you may notice some new faces in your group that day—be on your best behavior! 😇😂
Also, a quick reminder: Jordan Whitlock is now serving as our Life Groups Coordinator. Think of her as a concierge for guests, new members, and even current members looking to find (or re-find) a group. She’ll also stay connected with you moving forward, so don’t hesitate to reach out to her at jordan@northbrookbc.com.
Knotted Marriage Gathering / March 19
Encourage the married and engaged couples in your Life Group to sign up for this special event on Wednesday, March 19, from 5–8 p.m.
Keith & Kristi will host a panel with Heith & Amanda Yearwood, Ory & Kassady Hampton, and Chris & Sophie Corder. Plus, enjoy an incredible dinner by Chef Wade, fun games, worship, and a meaningful discussion.
Every couple will receive two books: The Meaning of Marriage and 5 Things to Pray for Your Spouse.

21 Days of Prayer & Fasting / March 30-April 19
Help us encourage your Life Group to join this 21-day journey—we’re praying for at least 100 people to commit!
What to expect:
Week One (March 30-April 5): Seek God personally — set aside one hour a day to be with Him, using the 21-day guide.
Week Two (April 6-12): Pray together — Life Groups will gather for a focused hour of prayer on Sunday or Wednesday.
Week Three (April 13-19): Pray as a church — join us for daily prayer & worship at 6 AM during Holy Week (in person or online).

Life Group Leadership Training / April 27 - 4-6pm
Mark your calendar! Our next quarterly Life Group leader training is set for Sunday, April 27, from 4–6 PM. I’ll be leading this session along with Katie Bentley and Josh Piper, and it’s for all Life Group leaders and ministry volunteers—from preschool to adults.
