Student ministry is built on trust and intentional investment. We believe love is often spelled T.I.M.E. A strong candidate will not simply “hang out” with students, but will intentionally shepherd, challenge, encourage, and disciple them toward Christlikeness.

Leadership Development

We desire a builder who can identify, recruit, develop, and empower both students and adult leaders. Healthy ministries multiply leaders rather than depending entirely on one personality.

Emotional and Spiritual Maturity

Student ministry includes pressure, conflict, unpredictability, and moments of chaos. We are seeking a steady, emotionally mature leader who moves toward challenges with wisdom, courage, and grace.

We believe parents are the primary disciplers of their children. We want a Student Minister who communicates clearly, builds trust with families, and partners intentionally with parents in the discipleship process.

Compensation

Compensation for this role is based on experience and ministry background, and includes benefits, ministry expense support, and intentional investment in leadership health and continued development. We desire to care well for the person and family God calls to this role so they can lead and serve faithfully for the long haul.
