Grow in Christ. Lead faithfully. Make disciples.

Equip Groups are small groups of 3-5 men or women gathering to grow in Christ, encourage one another, and become better equipped to lead faithfully and make disciples.

Here's what you need to know:

Meeting schedule: There is no single meeting time for all Equip Groups. Each group will determine its own day, time, and location. You will provide your availability preferences when you register.

Group placement and size: If your group is already formed, list your group leader when you register. If you need a group, simply provide your availability, and we’ll place you with others whose schedules align. Our goal is to keep each group at 3-5 members.

Book selection: Each group will choose one book together, with the group leader guiding that decision. Once selected, each member is responsible for ordering their own copy in whichever format works best: physical book, Kindle, or audiobook. See more information about each book below ›

Important dates: Registration is open through August 30, and groups will begin meeting after Labor Day weekend for 8-10 weeks and conclude sometime before mid-November.

You do not need to have a group or book figured out before registering. Just take the first step, and we’ll help with the rest.

Next Step: Sign up before August 30!

Spiritual leadership is not limited to a position at church. God calls every Christian to grow in maturity, serve others faithfully, and help others follow Jesus at home, at church, at work, and wherever He has placed us.

Equip Groups are small, gender-specific groups designed to help men and women grow through biblical study, encouragement, and accountability. Each group will work through a carefully selected book while developing the character, convictions, and habits needed to lead faithfully and make disciples.

Equip Groups require a meaningful commitment, but the goal is not merely to finish a book. Come ready to participate honestly, encourage others, receive encouragement, and put what you are learning into practice.

After registration closes, we will organize the groups and contact you with additional details.

Each Equip Group will:

  • Begin after Labor Day

  • Meet weekly for one hour

  • Continue for 8 to 10 weeks

  • Work through one selected book

  • Choose a meeting time and location as a group

  • Purchase the groups chosen book individually

You will be asked to indicate your preferred book study and provide information about your availability. Group placement will depend on interest, schedules, and availability.
