Steve Britt, Pastor

Steve received his Bachelor of General Studies from Samford University and his Master of Divinity with Biblical Languages from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is married to Tana Simmons Britt and has two daughters, Emily and Stephanie. Steve has been at Northbrook since the spring of 1994.

Dorothy Frady, Director of Missions Ministries,

Dorothy received her Bachelor of Arts in Education from Memphis State University and a Master of Religious Education from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Dorothy directs the Missions Ministries of Northbrook. Dorothy has been on staff since 1984. You can E-mail Dorothy Frady here.

Chuck Johnston, Director of Music Ministries

Chuck has been involved in music ministry for more than 20 years and has directed the music ministry at Northbrook since August 2002. He is a native of Cullman County and began his studies as a student in the music education program at Wallace State College. Chuck received his Bachelor of Ministries degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Chuck is married to Susan and they have three children, Aaron, Elizabeth and William. Gary Nunn, Director of Discipleship Ministries

Gary received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Ministry from Clear Creek Baptist Bible College, Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry Degrees from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is married to Kristin and they have two children, Tyler and Alicia.

Micah Murphree, Director of Student Ministries

Micah is currently attending New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He graduated from Auburn University with a Masters of Arts in Communication and Public Relations with a Minor Master's in Business Management in 2001. He also received a major in Psychology and minor in Business from Auburn University. He is married to Lois Ann and they have 2 boys Micah Jr. and Collin. Micah and Lois were cheerleaders at Auburn. Micah also played soccer at Wallace State before attending Auburn University. Email Micah

Nicky Monk, Director of Caring Center Ministries
Nicky serves as the Director of Caring Center Ministries, which is the local missions arm of Northbrook. He has a BA degree from Southeastern Bible College in Christian Education/Counseling. He serves in this ministry with his wife Frances. Nicky and Frances have two children, both married. Nicky and Frances enjoy six grandchildren and soon to be seven. Email Nicky

Chris Van Dyke, Director of Media Ministries
Chris received his bachelor Degree from the University of Mobile and his Master degree from Wheaton College. He is married to Delaine and they have three children, Tucker, Parker and Mercy. Email Chris

Richard Bice, Director of Adult Ministries
Richard received his Bachelor or Arts with a major in Religions and Philosophy and a minor in History from William Carey College in Hattiesburg, MS and a Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is married to Arlene. E-mail Richard
